Can Google Apps and Cloud Computing Rescue Education in Emerging Markets:

"The large number of student migration from African countries to United States and Europe are in their hundreds of thousands if not millions. This clearly shows a gap in the academic / education industries in the continent. These limitations may be due to the high level of infrastructure depletion, an arguably lower quality (no African university is ranked in the first 100 in the world! ) or a long history of corruption in the education system. However technology is bringing a new hope to the continent and most especially in education. "
